Ordering Information
Custom Made Items
Custom designs and patterns remain the property of FJM.
A completed measurement worksheet must be included when ordering
performance wear. Check measurements carefully and make sure to fill in
all boxes.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once in production. Orders are
placed on production schedule once all aspects of order are approved
and all sizes and deposit are received. Additions and any late
information received will be considered new orders and placed on
production schedule accordingly.
We can estimate delivery time, however; your order confirmation will
be specific. Allow more time for orders placed between the months of
May and October. Items such as accessories and practice flags may be
completed in a shorter timeline. Custom orders and Cesario orders will
require a longer timeline.
Confirmation
All Performance wear and Flag orders will be confirmed by mail or
fax. Please read information carefully! If there are any adjustments,
you must notify us immediately (1-800-444-FLAG).
This confirmation document must be signed and returned to us ASAP to insure that order is place on production schedule.
Minimum Orders
Cesario Uniforms
Minimum for new full uniform orders is 12. If order is less than 12,
add $100.00 per uniform. When adding to an existing set of uniforms,
add $75.00 per uniform if order is less than 6. (Minimum orders on
pants require a quote due to the many variations.) Sizes over 50 will
incur a $10.00 charge per jacket and/or pants.
Custom Flags
Minimum order of 6. If order is less than 6, add $10.00 per flag. If
ordering 1-2, add $20.00 per flag. If ordering 3-5, add $10.00 per
flag. Custom designs require a quote.
Performance Wear
Minimum order of 6. If order is less than 6 add $30.00 per unit. Single fee (one only) add $50.00.
- Color changes within one order - $20.00 per color change
- Design change within one order - $30.00 per design change (this only applies to existing colors and designs)
- Custom orders all require quotes. Sizes over XL will incur a $10.00 charge per garment.
Sample Performance Wear and Flags
Showroom samples may be sent for your inspection. If specific colors
and fabrics are requested we will be happy to send swatches of your
choices. The sample garment will be charged to school account via
MasterCard, Visa or Discover. ($100.00 for Flag, $200.00 for Stretch
wear, $400.00 for Cesario). Sample garment must be returned within 5-7
days. (If you must have longer, we must be notified). A prepaid UPS
return label will be included for your convenience. Credit will be
given for the item and any regular UPS shipping charges to your
destination. Special charges for overnight and 2-3 day select are the
responsibility of the customer. Samples are not for sale.
Backorders
We know you appreciate receiving the bulk of your order as soon as
possible. If merchandise is placed on back order, we will notify you
ASAP. If you are not willing to pay additional shipping charges, you
must specify “no back orders” at the time the order is placed. The
order will be shipped when complete. If you cannot wait on a backorder
you must specify this in your order or inform our representative. We
will do our best to inform you of any delays.
Payment Methods
- Payment with Check or Money Order: If ordering by phone we will
hold order until payment is received. Please utilize our order blank,
fully complete, print clearly, and send with check or money order.
- Charge Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and
Discover. The complete charge card number, including expiration date,
and CVV2# (last 3 numbers in signature area on back of card) must be
given with each order. Merchandise plus shipping and handling will be
charged to this card.
- Open account billing: Only available to schools with completed letter of authorization.
- Option 1: You must complete the letter of authorization (LOA) from
FJM Inc. This authorization states the party responsible for payment,
and it clarifies to FJM who is authorized to purchase on the account.
This also serves as protection for the party responsible for payment.
Please keep name(s) on account current.
- Option 2: A completed official Purchase Order on official school
letterhead. We must receive a hard copy of the Purchase Order before
order will be shipped. May be faxed.
- Organizations without school affiliations are required to have payment with order.
- Sales tax: Ohio residents must include 7.5% sales tax, California
residents add 8.25% sales tax, and North Carolina residents add 7.0%
sales tax unless a blanket certificate of exemption is on file.
- International Orders: All orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds, or
orders must be put on a credit card. Shipping and duty charges will be
charged after they are determined. You may call, fax, or email for a
quote. Please note there may be duty charged to you by your custom
agency.
- Returned Checks: a $20.00 fee will be charged for each returned check.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed in the order they are received. You may use the
chart below to determine the appropriate shipping method so that your
merchandise arrives at the desired time.
Read the chart below from left to right, starting with the day and
time you place your order. Then follow the row to the right to see when
it will ship. Then follow the row to see when it will be delivered
according to the method of shipping you choose.
Example: You place an order on Monday at 3 pm EST. Your order will
be processed and shipped out NO LATER THAN Wednesday. If you choose
overnight shipping, you will receive it on Thursday. If you choose 2
day shipping, you will receive your items on Friday. If you choose 3
day shipping, you will receive your items on Monday. However, if you
choose Saturday delivery, you would receive your order on Saturday.

Shipping Policies
General Shipping Policies
We use UPS and Federal Express. Merchandise is shipped UPS Ground
unless otherwise requested at time of order. If overnight, second day,
or third day delivery is requested, the customer is responsible for any
additional costs. We do not send COD. Please refer to shipping chart
below for prepaid orders. Minimum shipping charge on all orders is
$5.50. For international orders, call, fax, or email for a quote. For
oversize and residential packages, refer to shipping chart below. You
may track your shipment
Shipping Costs for Prepaid Orders
When ordering prepaid by mail, phone, or fax, calculate shipping charges using the following chart for our UPS Ground shipping. Alaska and Hawaii add $30 to chart cost.
- Order is $0 to $25 - add $5.50 shipping fee.
- Order is $25.01 to $50 - add $8.50 shipping fee.
- Order is $50.01 to $100 - add $11.50 shipping fee.
- Order is $100.01 to $150 - add $15 shipping fee.
- Order is $150.01 to $200 - add $18 shipping fee.
- Order is $200 to $300 - add $21 shipping fee.
- over $300, please call for quote.
Residential shipments must add $1.75 to shipping fee. Internation
orders must call for quote. Please note that some items incur oversize shipping charges.
Shipping Costs for Online Orders
When ordering online, shipping charges are calculated in realtime
based on the zip code of the delivery address, the size of the items,
and the weight. Some items MUST ship in separate boxes, and costs are
calculated accordingly. Please note that some items incur oversize shipping charges.
Oversize Packages
Oversize packages incur extra fees of $10 per box in addition to other fees. Oversize items include flagpoles and rifles.
Flag Poles
For flag poles, for every quantity of 12 or fewer poles ordered, add
$10 per unit (we can fit 12 poles in one box). See example below.
- You order 1 pole. An additional fee of $10 is added for shipping.
- You order 12 poles. An additional fee of $10 is added for shipping.
- You order 13 poles. An additional fee of $20 is added.
- You order 24 poles. An additional fee of $20 is added.
- You order 25 poles. An additional fee of $30 is added.
Rifles
For rifles, for up to quantity 5 rifles ordered over an ititial
quantity of 5, an additional fee of $10 is added (we can fit 5 rifles
on one box). Additional fees are then calculated again for every unit
of 10 or fewer rifles.
- You order 1 rifle. No additional fee is added for shipping.
- You order 5 rifles. No additional fee is added for shipping.
- You order 6 rifles. An additional fee of $10 is added.
- You order 10 rifles. An additional fee of $10 is added.
- You order 11 rifles. An additional fee of $10 is added.
- You order 15 rifles. An additional fee of $10 is added.
- You order 16 rifles. An additional fee of $20 is added.
- You order 20 rifles. An additional fee of $20 is added.

Return/Exchange Policies
Damage Or Other Discrepancy
Please open boxes immediately!. If there is a discrepancy with your
order, you must report it to our office within 10 days of delivery. If
your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged
carton and call your local UPS representative immediately. A claim for
lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with the shipping company
within 10 days of delivery.
Return Policies
The Customer is responsible for shipping on returned merchandise.
All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If
the return is approved, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be
issued. This number must appear on the outside of all returned
packages. If there is no RA#, the package will be refused. We reserve
the right to assess a 15% restocking fee on any return. Please note: No
returns are permitted after 30 days from date of invoice.
Exchanges
Exchanges are made for size or color only (i.e. shoes). Exchanges must be made within 30 days of invoice.
All exchanges are considered new orders. The customer is responsible
for all shipping charges. No restocking fees are assessed for exchanged
merchandise.
Non-returnable and/or Non Exchangeable Items
Our company cannot accept the return or exchange of custom made
flags, performance wear or accessories, cut fabric, pom pons, custom
and imprinted items. If you over order, we cannot accept leftover
merchandise. Health laws prohibit the return of leotards, unitards,
tights, and trunks. |
