Back in Business!

After suspending operations due to the Covid-19 pandemic on March 23, we have resumed uniform manufacturing operations at our plant in Miamisburg, OH. 

Throughout the past 45 days, our focus had shifted entirely to the manufacturing of PPE, specifically masks, in an effort to help protect the frontline workers in the greater Dayton area. During that time, we were able to produce nearly 25,000 masks that have all been delivered and put to great use.

Although we are excited to be back in the swing of serving our customers in the marching arts, there are extensive measures being taken to ensure the health and safety of our employees. 

Several of these measures include:

• All employees will have their temperature taken via infrared thermometer before entering their workstation
• All workstations have been adjusted to accommodate appropriate social distancing guidelines
• Each department has implemented a new work schedule which will allow the proper flow of employees entering and exiting the building
• Every employee has been issued two face masks which are required to be worn at all time
• No mask, no work, no exception
• No visitors
• Hand sanitizers have been placed at several locations in the building.

In terms of uniform production timelines, please understand that our industry has been impacted greatly and we are doing everything in our power to uphold the highest quality/efficiency standards. If you have any questions regarding uniform/costume orders, your FJM representative will be glad to speak with you ASAP. 

Online merchandise orders will continue to be processed, although a majority of our vendors are still experiencing delays in shipping, or are still closed due to state mandates. Customers who place online orders will receive an email confirmation once the order is received, and another when the order has shipped. 

We are glad to be serving our customers once again, and would like to thank those who stood by our side through this difficult time. Here is to our new normal, and good health for all!
